Good water permeability polyester press filter mesh belt was also called Sludge Dehydration Fabrics which is mainly used for sludge dehydration, paper pulp and juice squeeze, Mine smelting, mine tailing disposal and other pressure filtration industries. They have the characteristics of good water permeability and non-revealed sludge, acid-resisting and alkali-resisting. Because of their designing structure, The sludge can be peel off easily from the filter cake, So the screen are easily cleaned and have a long working time. Mainly matching with belt type filter press, Vacuum rubber belt filter and horizontal vacuum belt filter.
It is an energy-saving and environmentally-friendly wire and mainly apply on sewage treatment in different industries .Its unique design structure can get high permeability for air & water but no sludge bleeding ,also the sludge easy to be removed after pressing then make the fabrics cleaner even has run long time , so can make long lifetime potential and stable run-ability .

3.The side of Sludge Dewatering Belt Mesh/Polyester Fabric also welding by import glue, have good adhension
4. The surface of Sludge Dewatering Belt Mesh/Polyester Fabric is very smoothy, so the filter cake is easy to peel off and our belt is easy to clean. The structure is steady and have long time service life,with good acid resistance, alkali resistance,abrasion resistance and high temperature (it can operating under 180℃)
